Proper$ition is operated by Propersition LLC. These terms govern your use of the Proper$ition app.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and use only a phone number you control. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support if you believe your account has been compromised.

Using Proper$ition

Proper$ition lets participants create and manage peer-to-peer wagers, record outcomes, and raise disputes. Use the service only where your participation is lawful. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, unauthorized transactions, or unlawful activity. Do not upload content you lack permission to share.

Wagers, fees, and disputes

Review the participants, stake, outcome conditions, and displayed fees before confirming an action. Participants must act in good faith and follow the resolution and dispute process shown in the app. Available payment and subscription features, charges, and cancellation options are described in their respective flows.

Text messaging

You may choose to receive automated app invitations and account notifications from Proper$ition (Propersition LLC) using the optional, unchecked SMS checkbox in profile setup or Edit Profile. Message frequency varies. You can create an account without enrolling in these optional messages. Uncheck the SMS option and save your profile to withdraw app-level consent.

Entering your phone number or accepting these documents does not, by itself, enroll you in text messages. Any SMS enrollment requires a separate, clear consent action that identifies the message purpose. Consent applies only to the number and purpose disclosed at that point; it does not authorize unrelated marketing or messages to your contacts.

Where you request an SMS verification code, the code is used to verify the phone number you supplied. Message frequency depends on your requests. Message and data rates may apply. For assistance, contact propersitionllc@gmail.com. For an enrolled messaging program, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and account closure

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Account deletion can be requested from your profile. Some records may remain where needed for transactions, disputes, security, or legal obligations.
