This policy describes how Propersition LLC handles information for the Proper$ition app.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, phone number, and authentication information; profile images and other content you upload; wager, wallet, subscription, and transaction records; dispute and report submissions; and notification tokens and service records needed to operate the app. If you choose to sync contacts, we receive the selected contacts’ names and phone numbers.

How information is used

We use this information to create and secure accounts, verify phone numbers when requested, match contacts with users, operate app features, maintain records, provide support, handle disputes, and prevent abuse. A contact appearing in an address book does not constitute that person's consent to receive SMS.

Information sharing

Profile and activity information is visible to other participants as needed for the features you use. Service providers process information needed for hosting, authentication, communications, and subscriptions. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not sell personal information.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from the sharing categories described above and are not shared with third parties. Communications providers process the phone number and message content necessary to deliver messages you request.

Your choices

You can update your profile and manage device permissions. Request account deletion from your profile or contact propersitionllc@gmail.com for privacy assistance. Deletion does not necessarily remove records needed for transactions, disputes, security, or legal obligations. For an enrolled SMS program, reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help.

Retention and security

Information is retained as needed to operate the service and address the purposes described in this policy. Access controls and authentication help protect information; no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
